Buckeye Title was formed in 1992 in Elmore Ohio by Ernest E. Cottrell Jr. In 1999 the company moved to Genoa, Ohio and remains there today.

We provide comprehensive title insurance, closing and settlement services and title examination services in Ottawa, Wood , Lucas, Sandusky and the surrounding counties. We are an agent for First American, one of the largest and strongest title insurance companies in the country with experience dating back to 1889. Our company will provide you with accurate and expedient search, settlement and recording services.

We are located on State Route 51 in Genoa, Ohio. If you are unable to come to us, we will come to you. We provide mobile closing services in your home, your attorney's office or your place of business. We provide services for real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, commercial banks and attorneys.
